We made a decision to host all email with Google Apps for several reasons:

1. We wanted to separate the hosting environment with the email environment.
2. This helps establish where issues are faster.
3. Google Email offers a very large inbox, which grows daily.
4. You don't have to delete emails in your webmail.
5. Retrieving messages via your phone is very easy.
6. You can also use the centralised document system & calender system.
