To ensure the security of our servers and protect all our customers we do not provide command line access (otherwise known as shell, telnet, ssh etc).

Doing so is a huge security risk.

However many of the tasks you would commonly perform on the command line can be achieved using the tools available in your Control Panel.

Of course our technical support team is on hand to help with everything else!
