my247 Hosting/raramuridesign reserves the right to refuse service and/or access to its servers to anyone.
my247 Hosting/raramuridesign does not allow any of the following content to be stored on its servers:
- Adult material - includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content.
- Excessive download content or non-linked content.
- Off-site backups.
- Practices relating/similar to Alternative Healing / Divination / the Occult / Astrology / Horoscopes / Crystal Reading.
- Spam, Phishing and any such illegal activities.
Refusal of service based on content matching either of these criteria is entirely at the discretion of my247 Hosting/raramuridesign.
my247 Hosting/raramuridesign reserves the right to move your domain to a different web server without previous notice. We will however make every effort to keep your sites uptime at 100% during this process.

Please note, we may require suspension of some of our services for short scheduled periods to carry out maintenance or repair to our services. Information concerning scheduled downtime is available by contacting the office. Scheduled downtime will be posted on the support forum web site.
Service Abuse - Spam policy
We reserve the right to terminate your hosting account if it is found that the resources made available to you on your hosting account are being abusing . Examples of abuse:
Spamming - Sending unsolicited mail.
Providing free file storage services.
Providing free email services via your website.
We will not allow spam to be generated from our machines - if it is found that a site is sending out spam emails regardless of how it is done (scripts, SMTP, contact form header injection etc) We will suspend the said account until we have assurance from the customer that it will not continue. Repeat offenders will be irreversibly terminated.
Reselling of Services
Customers may resell all of our services by using a Reseller package.
Contract Period
Unless otherwise stated, all contracts run on a month to month basis.
High resource use policy
Resources are defined as bandwidth, processor utilization, memory or disk space.
my247 Hosting/raramuridesign may implement the following policy to its sole discretion:
When a website is found to be monopolising the resources available my247 Hosting/raramuridesign reserves the right to suspend that site immediately. This policy is only implemented in extreme circumstances and is intended to prevent the misuse of our servers. Customers may be offered an option whereby my247 Hosting/raramuridesign continues hosting the website for an additional fee or the client may choose to upgrade to a (semi-)dedicated plan.
Uploads via scripting languages
We limit uploads made via scripting languages - including PHP - to a maximum of 10 MB per file.
Payment policies
All accounts are set up on a prepay basis. Although my247 Hosting/raramuridesign reserves the right to change prices of accounts or services at any time, all pricing is guaranteed for the period of prepayment. Payment is due every month or 12 months depending on the hosting plan you're on. Payment must be made on or before the 1st of every month. Customers will automatically be charged again at the end of their prepay period unless closure notification has already been given.
In situations where the card number on file is declined my247 Hosting/raramuridesign will immediately suspend the facility to purchase services on-line until the outstanding charge is processed successfully. In addition, my247 Hosting/raramuridesign reserves the right to suspend other services until the outstanding debt is cleared. The customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that the customer sends a written cancellation request.
There will be an administration fee of R150 on all unpaid transactions processed via debit order or credit card (insufficient funds/invalid account number etc). Payment via EFT is required for the outstanding amount. Your credit card/debit order will be processed again when payment is due for the next invoice.
Should your account fall into arrears (over 30 days) we will suspend the accounts you have with us. A re-establishment fee of R350 will be charged to have your website(s) unsuspended once payment has been made.
No bills or invoices will be sent by regular mail. All invoices will be sent directly to customers via email shortly after the online purchase has been made. The customer's card will be charged automatically around the 1st or the 15th of the month.
All payment is in South African Rands.
You are required to have a valid credit/debit card/bank account and email address registered on your account at all times. Failure to do so may result in suspension of your account.
Please note that whilst this is primarily used for billing purposes, my247 Hosting/raramuridesign reserves the right to email your information about enhancements to our systems and product offerings. Your email will not be passed to any other parties at any time.
Payment options
In order to streamline our accounting procedures and keep costs down my247 Hosting/raramuridesign currently runs a limited number of payment options.
Credit / Debit Cards: my247 Hosting/raramuridesign accepts MasterCard, Visa, Visa electron, Switch/Maestro.
Debit Order: South African banks only.
Cheque Payment: NOT ACCEPTED
Cancellation and refunds
my247 Hosting/raramuridesign reserves the right to cancel the service at any time. In this event customers will be entitled to a pro rata refund based upon the remaining period of membership. If a customer contravenes my247 Hosting/raramuridesign's terms of service a refund will not be issued in the event of a cancellation.
Customers may cancel their account at any time, with one months written notice.
Some accounts incur set-up fees, these charges are also non-refundable.
Indemnification
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold my247 Hosting/raramuridesign harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against my247 Hosting/raramuridesign, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by a customer, its agents, employees or assignees. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless my247 Hosting/raramuridesign against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with my247 Hosting/raramuridesign's server; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer from my247 Hosting/raramuridesign's server.
Disclaimer
my247 Hosting/raramuridesign will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. my247 Hosting/raramuridesign makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. my247 Hosting/raramuridesign does back up your data/website and whilst every attempt would be made in the unlikely event of any corruption or hardware failure, my247 Hosting/raramuridesign cannot guarantee to be able to replace lost data. my247 Hosting/raramuridesign disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by my247 Hosting/raramuridesign and its employees. my247 Hosting/raramuridesign reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
